Los Angeles: The Next Third World City

Better believe it. And I love it that liberals agree with me. Of course, their ‘fix’ will ignore the reason they got us into this mess. And yes, it will also be, the WRONG fix.
Los Angeles is at the leading edge of a U.S. demographic trend, with half of its workforce immigrants, many of them unskilled and speaking little English. As baby boomers retire, the same pattern will emerge across the country, the Los Angeles Times reported Sunday. Demographers estimate that by 2025 most of the growth in the workforce will be from immigrants. Ernesto Cortes Jr., Southwest regional director of the Industrial Areas Foundation, said Los Angeles is at a crossroads.”The question is: Are we going to be a 21st century city with shared prosperity, or a Third World city with an elite group on top and the majority at poverty or near poverty wages?” he asked.
“Right now we’re headed toward becoming a Third World city. But we can change that.”
Well Mr. Cortes Junior, you would be ‘Grande’ wrong. You can’t ‘change that’, not unless you introduce massive CONSERVATIVE corrective measures. Measures like:
1. Seal the borders.
2. Build a wall.
3. Kick every illegal out of the country….all 11 million of them. And if they don’t leave- hunt them down and deport them or put them in jail.
4. Shut down every business that even THINKS of employing an illegal.
5. Those of the 11 million who still wish to immigrate to the United States- have them stand in line, just like everyone else.
Sounds Draconian?
Yep. Unfortunately, that is your only hope.
The Migration Policy Institute used U.S. Census data to determine that one-third of immigrants have not graduated from high school and 60 percent do not speak English fluently.
Gee…what a shocker. You made your bed, now lie in it.
