It Was His Laugh…

To Play the Game, You Gotta Have Faith

Posted by redsatellite on July 2, 2008

You gotta have faith. That is Obama’s obvious gambit as he campaigns across America. He’s up in Ohio, a critical swing state, announcing his plans to EXPAND Bush’s faith-based initiatives. If you’re like me…you stood up and shouted: HUH? (Yahyou better get the Q-tips.)

Democrat Barack Obama said yesterday that if elected president he would set aside more than $500 million a year in federal funds for religious organizations to help the disadvantaged, sharply expanding a Bush administration program that has strong support from evangelical Christians.

Obama is walking quite a highwire here. I can’t imagine flaming liberals putting up with this. They’ve been howling like a pack of hungry jackals at an All You Can Eat Buffet over Bush’s prior initiatives.

Political analysts said Obama’s proposal appeared to be part of an attempt to shift to the center and recruit moderate, evangelical Christians and mainstream Catholics, two voting blocs that consistently supported Bush and have embraced Republican candidates.

And rather blatant too…announcing this in a key swing state like Ohio. If you don’t think there’s a method to his madness, you’ve been smoking the arugula again. And if evangelical Christians fall for this ridiculous ploy, they’re as stupid as Al Gore at a Mensa party.

A False Seal…

Posted by Mark on June 23, 2008

…for a false candidate. But what can we expect from Fast Eddie Obama?

The scariest thing about the Seal for the Department of Obama is the center hole. Makes me think of two things:

First, the creature coming out of people’s stomach in Alien

Second, the seal of the Anti-Christ in the Left Behind series.

Both are really creepy…but then, so is Osama Obama.

A False Seal for a False Candidate

Victim Mentality: Republicans Join the Hood

Posted by redsatellite on June 20, 2008

The Republican Party has jumped the shark. Seriously. Gone are the days of personal responsibility. Gone. Our society….our government….someone in charge of my taxes… will bail you out.

A broad bipartisan coalition supporting a massive foreclosure rescue beat back GOP efforts to gut it Thursday, defying a White House veto threat and quashing a bid to make it victim to revelations about two senators’ VIP mortgages.

Democrats and many Republicans consider the measure a political imperative amid rising foreclosures and growing public anxiety about the sagging economy. The measure is designed to help hundreds of thousands of borrowers in danger of losing their homes, but it also would benefit mortgage holders by allowing them to avoid costly foreclosures and reclaim some of what they’re owed by people facing financial ruin.

Yep…both the lender and the borrower were victims…now both get money. All is forgiven… NOBODY is at fault. Republicans are complicit and have trash-canned the very tenets that defined their party.

Reprehensible.

Greetings From Oklahoma

Posted by Mark on June 19, 2008

Finally, I’m living in a state where they take the death penalty seriously, have a constitutional amendment supporting marriage, and know the meaning of the word “Conservative.” I’m back home.  Many thanks to Craig for keeping this site going while I made the transition to a new job, a a new home, a new dog, and a new internet provider. As I’ve watched in horror the continuing foolishness of Osama Obama, a 5-4 decision granting rights to the very terrorists who murdered thousands on 9/11, and the apparent mad dash back to September 10th, 2001 by the Left, I’ve been unable to post as I’ve been doing over the past eight years.

Now, I’m back.

Just in time for the Fall campaign. While I disagree with so much of what John McCain says he believes, he beats the heck out of Obama.  Obama’s positons on judges are enough to make me run for the polls to pull the lever for McCain in November.  We’ll deal with McCain foolishness regarding “torture” and so-called “global warming” after the election.

McCain has shown a willingness to change his views as new facts assert themselves. Hopefully, as he comes to realize his “friends” on the Left will rip him apart this summer and Fall, he will be more open to some different views on other issues as well.

A Change Is Coming

Posted by redsatellite on June 4, 2008

A first-term Senator is now the Democratic nominee for President of the United States. A pseudo-egalitarian who represents and embodies a true socialist agenda. A man who just happens to have the most liberal voting record in Congress. The liberal press loves him…ney- adores him- and ignored every warning sign along the way.

Democrats wanted ‘CHANGE’.

In less than a year, Barack Obama went from being an obscure, first-term U.S. senator to the projected Democratic presidential nominee.Standing before a crowd of thousands Tuesday in St. Paul, Minnesota, Obama declared himself the Democratic nominee.

“Tonight we mark the end of one historic journey with the beginning of another – a journey that will bring a new and better day to America,” he said. “This is our time. Our time to turn the page on the policies of the past,” he said.

Of course, if the ‘change’ and the ‘journey’ takes you to a purer form of socialism and communism…then change you shall have. Make no mistake, our society is on the brink of an ideological shift. And Barack Hussein Obama is the MAN.

To be clear…’our time’ refers specifically to all those delusional democrats who have supported him. It certainly isn’t MY time. Should Obama win in November, Americans will have their Nanny State- where everyone is a victim.

And as a result, not since Franklin Delano Rooseveltnot since the New Deal, will the United States government have more impact on your life.

And you want that?

America, you are out of your ever-loving minds.

Quick…Someone Get Me A Kleenex

Posted by redsatellite on June 2, 2008

Amazing. The NY Times is now trying to paint the Trinity Church what they’ve claimed all along- as the pitiful misunderstood victim. Nothing like a healthy dose of sanctimonious liberal pandering to promote your cause.

A BATTERED FEELING AT OBAMA’S FORMER CHURCH

I have one word for them. And let me add a bit of soaring affectation to make my point: WAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

For weeks, the members of Trinity United Church of Christ on the South Side of the city felt battered by the national spotlight that had accompanied the growing fame of their longtime member, Senator Barack Obama

Inside the packed sanctuary of more than 2,000, the Rev. Otis Moss III, the new pastor, did not directly mention in sermons the political tumult surrounding the church. But in a flier that workers slipped into church programs, Mr. Moss commented at length about the situation, calling the decades-old Trinity a “new church being birthed in the crucible of a public moment.”

“We, the community of Trinity, are concerned, hurt, shocked, dismayed, frustrated, fearful and heartbroken,” Mr. Moss wrote to his members. “Our hearts break at this moment and my limited vocabulary is inadequate to describe the range of emotions flooding our spirits at this time. We are caught, it seems, in a strange Greek tragic-comedy. In the words of Jean Paul-Sartre, with ‘no exit.’

We are a wounded people and the bruises from our encounter with history have scarred our very souls.”

Oh…SHUT UP already.

If you hadn’t opened up your big fat vile mouths, none of this- and I do mean none of this- would’ve happened. But you did. Now live with it…you sniveling racebaiting hate-spewing activists.  Leave it to the NY Times to play the sympathy card FOR THEM.

“There is a play,” Mr. Moss continued, “that has been written by two playwrights by the name of Jim and Jane Crow. Every decade, they attempt to pass this script to our community and ask us to play roles they have written for us.
Unbelievable.
Jim Crow can’t die because the Trinity Church and Mr. Moss WON’T LET IT!

Flugelhorn Pfleger

Posted by redsatellite on May 30, 2008

The Trinity Church of Chicago is back in the news again. (Uh-gee- let me give you my surprised look.) But this time, Reverend Wright isn’t the problem! What a hoot. Nah…it’s a WHITE pastor- Rev. Michael Pfleger. Yah…evidently, he decided to use the pulpit to weigh in on Hillary Clinton.

Another Chicago minister is causing headaches for Barack Obama after he told the Democratic candidate’s church congregation Sunday that Hillary Clinton felt entitled to the presidency because she’s white.

Catholic pastor Michael Pfleger, who is white, issued a formal apology for his sermon Thursday after Obama put out a statement saying he was “deeply disappointed” by Pfleger’s remarks at Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago.

“I regret the words I chose on Sunday. These words are inconsistent with Senator Obama’s life and message, and I am deeply sorry if they offended Senator Clinton or anyone else who saw them,” Pfleger said. That was after a video of his sermon was posted on YouTube.

Hmmm…me thinks the Trinity Church is not so full of love and hope. And isn’t it interesting…that Obama has sent ‘a statement saying he was deeply disappointed’. Now that Obama is within a Jane Fonda eyelash of being President of the United States….funny how, he knows all about the message coming out of Trinity Church. Yet, in the 20 years he ATTENDED Trinity Church and was MARRIED in the church and was BAPTIZED in the church, he knew nothing of the ‘message’.

If it looks like a duck. And walks like a duck…

Can liberals please stop kidding themselves? The Trinity Church is nothing more than a congregation of race-baiting, victimhood parishioners led by firebrand apologists (Pfleger) and angry racists (Wright). Let’s drop the silly PRETENSE and be done with it for God’s sake.

The video was a reminder of the many sermons from Obama’s former pastor Rev. Jeremiah Wright Jr. that have dogged his campaign since March.

The Trinity Church is a quasi-religious organization of radical black activists intent on spreading a gospel. A gospel of HATRED.

If It’s Tuesday, It Must Be Dachau

Posted by redsatellite on May 28, 2008

Obama’s wonderful gaffe about Auschwitz….now has a happy ending. Yes. Apparently, good ol’ Uncle Charlie wasn’t at Auschwitz afterall….nah….he was at a SUBCAMP of Buchenwald. (A subcamp?)

Democrat Barack Obama admitted on Tuesday he was wrong to say his uncle helped liberate the Nazis’ Auschwitz concentration camp after Republicans said Soviet troops freed the camp. Obama’s campaign said the candidate meant to say that his great-uncle, Charlie Payne, had helped liberate a part of the Buchenwald camp, not Auschwitz.

“Yesterday he mistakenly referred to Auschwitz instead of Buchenwald in telling of his personal experience of a soldier in his family who served heroically,” said Obama campaign spokesman Bill Burton. Burton said in the statement that Obama’s great uncle served in the 89th Infantry Division that entered Germany in 1945 and on April 4 overran Ohrdruf, a subcamp of the Buchenwald concentration camp.

Obama had made the Auschwitz reference in a Memorial Day speech on Monday. More than 1 million people, most of them Jews, were killed at Auschwitz, an extermination camp in Poland. Buchenwald in Germany was mainly a forced labor camp, where some 56,000 people are believed to have died.

“I had an uncle who was … part of the first American troops to go into Auschwitz and liberate the concentration camps,” Obama said.

Nice foot work Obama.

Of course, to have referenced Ohrdruf….a SUBCAMP….well…that just wouldn’t have the same Memorial Day speech impact now would it? Hmmm….doesn’t really resonate does it…doesn’t have the same ‘bona fides’…the same….‘curriculum vitae’..(and in my best faux french accent) um….Je ne sais quoi… the same ‘PEDIGREE’ does it?

“And the story in our family was is that when he came home, he just went up into the attic and he didn’t leave the house for six months,” he said.

The Dhali-bama has spoken. What a steaming pile of fecal oration.
